Overtime

Article 56 caps normal working time at 8 hours per day / 48 per week (meal and rest breaks excluded). Weekly hours may be distributed so the total of work plus rest does not exceed 11 hours per day.

Article 59 sets overtime pay: at least 125% of normal wage per extra hour, and 150% for work on the weekly rest day or religious/official holidays. Overtime requires the worker's consent except in statutory emergency cases.

Article 60 fixes Friday as the weekly rest day (unless work nature requires otherwise) with full pay; daily/weekly-paid workers earn it proportionally. Workers may accumulate rest days for up to a month with employer consent.
